Fig. 1 shows a device for inhalation of a powdered drug, a longitudinal section j in Fig. 2 is a section A-A in Fig. 1; fig.Z-the same, with a lateral arrangement of the camera. A device for inhalation of powdered drugs consists of a collection body composed of a bottom part 1 and a mouthpiece 2. The bottom part 1 comprises an air inlet 3 and a device 4 for piercing the drug capsule 5. Mouthpiece 2 contains chamber 6 for capsule 5 with a drug substance. Chamber 6 is made with a width equal to 1.3-1.7 times the diameter of the capsule 5, and with a length of 1.1-1.6 times the length of the capsule 5, and the air inlet 3 is 0.25-0.5 times the width of the chamber 6. The air outlet 7 is made in the opposite part of the inlet 3 of the chamber 6 and is provided with restrictive protrusions 8 which limit the movement space of the capsule 5. To prevent the fragments of the capsule 5 Hsf from entering the opening 7, a sieve 9 is installed in the inhalation medium. A spring element 10 is installed between the lower part 1 and the mouthpiece 2. The device 4 for piercing the capsule 5 is provided with a spring element 11 and pointed rods 12, and in the mouthpiece 2 there are holes 13 for the rods 12. A lateral arrangement of the chamber 6 is possible, while it is provided with an axially movable element 14, which serves to open and close the chamber and simultaneously form part of its side wall. Use inhaler as follows. The lower part 1 and the mouthpiece 2 are separated, then the capsule 5 is inserted into the chamber 6 with the drug substance, and then the lower part 1 and the mouthpiece 2 are again connected. 0 Overcoming the force of the spring element 10, the lower part 1 and the mouthpiece 2 are brought together until they stop and then press the device 4 to pierce the capsule 5. The proposed dimensions of the dimensions of chamber 6 with the dimensions of the capsule 5 and inlet 3, as well as the mutual arrangement of the openings 3 and 7 for air inlet and outlet and chamber 6, allow the air passing through ka (; measure 6, to completely fill the whole the volume of chamber 6 and, therefore, completely capture the medicinal substance from the capsule 5. This leads to the fact that during inhalation all the medicinal substance will be released from the capsule 5 and get into the patient's respiratory tract. The proposed device provides not only reliable and complete drug release, but also reliable deagglomeration, which has a significant effect, since powdered, in particular micronized five Capsule-40 drugs tend to form agglomerates. Such agglomerates are therapeutically undesirable, since in order to achieve optimal results of therapy, it is desirable that a small distribution of the drug be possible.

Claims (1) [1] Invention Formula A device for inhalation of a powdered drug, comprising a collection housing with a chamber for a capsule with a drug and air inlets and outlets, a capsule with a drug, and an capsule puncturing device, characterized in that, in order to increase the degree use of the drug, the chamber for the capsule with the medicinal substance is made with a width of 1.3-1.7 times the diameter of the capsule, and with a length of 1.1-1.6 the length of the capsule, the air inlet opening is made in the bottom of the chamber and has a diameter of mp less than diameter capsules and equal to 0.25-0.5 width of the chamber, and the hole for air release is made in the opposite part of the inlet opening of the chamber and provided with restrictive protrusions.
